Julie

Julie joined the Crosswoods Dental team in June 2026, bringing a fresh perspective after 25 years in ophthalmology — a fun and welcome career change after decades in one specialty. She already holds her Associate’s degree and is now working toward a bachelor’s in healthcare management. As Practice Administrator, Julie manages patient accounts and insurance, handles scheduling, and helps keep the flow of the office running smoothly.

What Julie loves most about her role is creating exceptional experiences for patients — helping them feel confident and genuinely cared for every time they visit. Her philosophy is simple: treat every patient with the same compassion, attention, and respect she’d want for her own family.

Outside the office, Julie enjoys playing cards, working on jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with family. She travels to the Smoky Mountains as often as she can, and she’s a big fan of Mexican food, Morgan Wallen, Meatloaf, and Dirty Dancing.

A fun fact about Julie: she’s a devoted Dolly Parton fan through and through.
