We accept a wide range of dental insurance plans! We are happy to work with you to maximize your dental insurance benefits. We are considered to be an in-network provider with Anthem, Cigna, and Delta Dental. We have many patients with out-of-network plans that we accept and are happy to bill to keep your costs affordable.
Payment Information
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Our goal is to make the payment process as simple and straightforward as possible. If you have any questions regarding payment options or need further assistance, please contact our office.
Please note: We impose a 3% surcharge on credit cards, which is no greater than our cost of acceptance. There is no surcharge for debit cards.
