Crosswoods Dental is a general and family dental practice at 716 Worthington Woods Blvd in Worthington, Ohio, led by Dr. Carolyn Molzahn, DDS. Dr. Molzahn earned her dental degree from The Ohio State College of Dentistry in 2014 and completed Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Dayton. She is certified in Invisalign and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Ohio Dental Association. We offer preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry for all ages. Do you place dental implants in your Worthington office?
Yes. Dr. Carolyn Molzahn, a general dentist with advanced implant training, places dental implants at our Worthington office. She provides implant care from start to finish, including consultation, placement and the final crown. We also offer implant-supported bridges, implant-supported dentures and bone grafting.
How long does it take to get a dental crown?
A dental crown usually takes two visits. At the first visit, Dr. Molzahn prepares the tooth and we scan it with our Trios 5 intraoral scanner. At the second visit, she fits and cements your custom crown, making any adjustments needed for comfort and a natural look.
Do you offer Invisalign or clear braces?
Yes. Crosswoods Dental offers Invisalign and ClearCorrect clear aligners, often called clear braces, in Worthington. Dr. Molzahn is Invisalign certified. Both systems use custom, removable aligners to treat crowding, gaps and many bite problems. Your consultation will show whether aligners are right for you.
How do you treat TMJ pain?
Dr. Molzahn starts with a thorough evaluation of your symptoms, health history and jaw function. Depending on your needs, she may recommend a custom mouthguard or Botox therapy to reduce jaw muscle tension. Both are conservative options, and all TMJ care is provided at our Worthington office.

What insurance do you accept?
We are an in-network provider with Anthem, Cigna and Delta Dental, and we accept and bill many out-of-network plans. Patients without dental insurance can join the Crosswoods Dental Savings Plan, which includes preventive care and 20% off other services. Plan terms apply.
Do you offer same-day emergency dental appointments?
