What is it?
The Crosswoods Dental Savings Plan is a way for our patients without dental insurance to receive discounted dental care at our office without many of the limitations of standard insurance. There are NO WAITING PERIODS, NO LIMITATIONS, NO DEDUCTIBLES, NO MAXIMUMS. The annual fee includes all preventative care, and quality dental treatment at a discount.
The Details:
- Annual Fee $499 per adult (a savings of $166+)
- $369 per child (<18 y/o) (a savings of $166+)

- 2 Exams
- Oral Cancer Screenings
- 2 Professional Cleanings
- 2 Fluoride treatments
- Annual Check-Up Radiographs
- 1 Emergency Exam
- 20% off ALL SERVICES, including Cosmetic, Botox, Orthodontics.
Add a Periodontal Benefit for an additional $200 (savings $132)
- Includes up to 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings
- Periodontal evaluations included
- 20% off all periodontal treatments
Annual fee must be paid in full to receive discounted dental treatment. Discount does not apply to IV sedation. The Crosswoods Dental Savings Plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other dental insurance policy, or in conjunction with Care Credit.
